Before You Go Back: A 7-Day Plan and SOS Toolkit for the Moment You Want to Reach Out

Before You Go Back: A 7-Day Plan and SOS Toolkit for the Moment You Want to Reach Out

Between feeling and acting, there's a space. Before You Go Back was created to help you find that space, especially in the moments when the urge to reach out feels stronger than your decision.

Why I created it

Most of us already know, in our heads, why we shouldn't go back. The hard part is the moment itself: late at night, after a memory, after seeing a photo. I wanted something you could open in that exact moment, on your phone, in seconds.

What's inside

  • A 7-day plan. One short step a day to steady yourself after you decide not to go back. Go at your own pace and repeat any day when you need it.
  • An SOS space. For the moment you want to call, text, or check their profile. Tap SOS, follow the guided breathing, and give yourself a few minutes before deciding anything.
  • Guided audios in my voice. Short audios for the hardest moments, like when you miss them most or before you send that message.
  • A private journal. Your notes are saved only on your own device.
  • Guides and a checklist. Simple tools you can come back to, including a checklist for before you reach out.

How it works

After purchase, you receive your access link and a Welcome Guide by email. The app opens in your phone's browser, so there is nothing to download from an app store. You can add it to your home screen so it's one tap away, like any other app.

Who it's for

It's for anyone who has decided to step away from someone, a partner, a friend, or a family member, but still feels pulled to reach out. It is not a way to win someone back, and it is not a substitute for therapy or professional support.
